Chainlink Launches Data Streams for Tokenized U.S. Stocks and ETFs
Chainlink has introduced Data Streams, a real-time pricing solution for tokenized U.S. equities and ETFs, marking a significant expansion of its oracle services. The decentralized network now supports 37 blockchains, enabling protocols like Kamino, GMX, and GMX-Solana to integrate traditional finance assets—including SPY, QQQ, and tech stocks like NVDA and AAPL—into DeFi markets.
The MOVE accelerates the $275 billion tokenized assets sector by providing institutional-grade infrastructure for synthetic ETFs, perpetual futures, and stock trading. "Chainlink Data Streams deliver the decentralized backbone needed to bridge TradFi and DeFi," noted Jone Ze of GMX Communications. The launch underscores growing institutional demand for blockchain-based financial products.
